Automatic Operator Instructions

1. Dial 082 233 2040 from any phone
2. For English Press 1 For Chinese Press 2
3. The operator will offer you the following options
   
   A: Press 1 to get the call back on the phone you are calling from now
   B: Press 2 to get the call back to a different phone (you will enter this phone number later in step 5)
   
   
4. Enter your 10 digit PIN number
5. Dial the number you want to get the call back to
   (ONLY if you selected option B in step 3) followed by a #
   Start with the country code, then area code, then the local number
   
   

   Example for Johannesburg, SA	(Country Code)	(Area Code)	(Phone Number)
   	27	11	1234567#

   
   
6. Hang up the phone
7. In +- 30 seconds the phone you have selected will ring
8. Answer and follow the instructions
9. For your preferred language press * & the language number
   *0 =English *2 =Chinese *3 =Portuguese *4 =French
10. Dial the number you want to call. Followed by a #
    Start with the country code, then area code, then the local number
    
    

    Example for London, UK	(Country Code)	(Area Code)	(Phone Number)
    	44	207	1234567

    
    
11. You will now be connected.
