WEB Instructions

1. Click on “Call Now Online” in the menu above
   
   
2. Enter your 10 digit PIN number as required
   
   
3. Then type the number you want to get the call back to
   
   
4. Start with the country code, then area code then the local number.
   
   

   Example for Johannesburg, SA	(Country Code)	(Area Code)	(Phone Number)
   	27	11	1234567

   
   
5. Click “Call Me Now”, and your request will be submitted
   
   
   
6. In +- 30 seconds the phone you have selected will ring
   
   
7. Answer and follow the instructions
   
   
8. For your preferred language press * & the language number
   *0 =English *2 =Chinese *3 =Portuguese *4 =French
   
   
9. Dial the number you want to call. Followed by a #
   Start with the country code, then area code, then the local number
   
   

   Example for London, UK	(Country Code)	(Area Code)	(Phone Number)
   	44	207	1234567

   
   
10. You will now be connected.
